Cooking Demonstrations with Wausau's finest chefs!

 

Join us September 16th and 17th for cooking demonstrations by Wausau's finest chefs.  This event will expose you to local cuisine infused with ginseng.  Tastings will be interested cluded. It will be held in our outdoor kitchen at the Gardens.

Saturday, Sept 16th

10:30-11:30am  Nate Bychinski (Red Eye Brewing)-He will cook Woodfired Ninepatch Chicken, ginseng broth, cabbage, beech mushrooms and carrot

12:00-1:00pm  Nate Bychinski (Red Eye Brewing)-He will cook Woodfired Ninepatch Chicken, ginseng broth, cabbage, beech mushrooms and carrot

2:00-3:00pm  Brian Fruend (Independent) Northwood Pasty with Ginseng Glaze-CANCELLED

 

Sunday, Sept 17th

12:30-1:30pm  David Lorio (Thrive)- He will cook Pumpkin Pizza with Mozzarella, Spinach and Caramelized Ginseng

1:30-2:30  New Chee (Newch's Banhmi Sandwiches- Meal TBA
