Classes at the Monk Gardens
Education is one of the main missions of the Monk Botanical Gardens. As the Gardens develop over several years, we will be planning, planting, nourishing, and doing so in an environmentally sustainable way. Through our educational programs--many offered in conjunction with other civic and education organizations--children and adults can learn with us as we work to celebrate and protect our natural environment.

Thank you to Altrusa International of Wausau who purchased nature-related storybooks for Monk Botanical Gardens Reading in the Treehouse program for Make a Difference Day. The presentation was made on Saturday, October 24, 2015 in the Treehouse.
Altrusa will continue to sponsor the reading program by providing funds and volunteers for the reading program. If your children's group is interested in reading in the Monk Botanical Gardens Treehouse, please contact email@example.com
